Key Benefits of Vahali Dikari Yojana 2025
Gujarat Vahali Dikari Yojana 2025: The scheme provides financial assistance in three stages:
- ₹4,000/- when the girl child enrolls in Class 1
- ₹6,000/- when the girl enters Class 9
- ₹1,00,000/- when the girl pursues higher education or gets married (whichever comes first)
- This amount is transferred directly to the girl’s or her parent’s bank account once she meets the respective milestone.

What Is The Eligibility To Avail The Scheme? :
- The Beneficiary Daughter Should Be A Citizen Of Gujarat.
- The Date Of Birth Of The Daughter Should Be On Or After 02/08/2019.
- All The Daughters Of The First Three Children Of The Couple Will Get The Benefit Of The Scheme.
- Those Whose Combined Annual Income Of The Parents Is 2 Lakhs Or Less (For Both Rural And Urban Areas) Will Get The Benefit.
- In The Case Of Single Parents, The Income Of The Mother Or Father Will Be Taken Into Consideration.
- For A Daughter Whose Parents Are Not Alive, The Grandfather, Grandmother, Brother Or Sister Can Apply For The Beneficiary Daughter As A Guardian.
- As Per The Provisions Of The Child Marriage Prohibition Act 2006, A Couple Who Got Married At An Adult Age Can Get The Benefit Of This Scheme.
How Can You Apply? :
- The Scheme Form Can Be Obtained From The Village Computer Entrepreneur (Vce) Running At The Village Level.
- At The Taluka Level, The Form Can Be Obtained By Going To The Computer Operator Of The “Widow Sahay Yojana” Of The Mamlatdar Office Or By Going To The “Jan Seva Kendra”.
- At The District Level, The Application Form Can Be Obtained Free Of Cost From The Office Of The Women And Child Officer.
- As Per The New Amendment Resolution, The Online Application For The Wali Dikari Yojana Can Be Made From The Digital Gujarat Portal.
- The Father Or Mother Of The Beneficiary’s Daughter Will Have To Fill The Wali Dikari Yojana Form In The Prescribed Format In Pdf Format.
- All The Documents Will Have To Be Provided In Original.
- The Village Vce And The Taluka Operator Will Verify All The Documents And The Wali Dikari Yojana Form.
- The Vce Or The Taluka Operator Will Be Able To Apply Online Through Their Official Login.
- You Will Be Given An Acknowledgement Of Filling The Online Form, A Copy Of Which Must Be Kept.
